This English translation is provided for convenience. If interpretation differs, the Romanian version published on the unprefixed website route prevails to the extent permitted by law.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the website or submit the form.

The website is intended for persons legally able to enter into a contract. If you enquire for a company, you confirm that you may provide the information and represent the company in initial discussions.

3. Information and services

The website presents website development, online stores, CRM and ERP applications, admin panels, automation and integrations. The content is informational and is not, by itself, a binding contractual offer.

Deliverables, price, deadlines, responsibilities and payment terms are agreed separately for each project in a proposal and/or contract.

4. Enquiries and estimates

Submitting a form, message or estimate request does not automatically create a contract or require us to accept the project. We may request clarification before proposing a solution.

Any initial price or duration estimate remains indicative until requirements are clarified and accepted in writing. A signed project contract prevails if it contains different terms.

5. User obligations

You must provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Attempts to harm security or availability, malicious code, abusive automated messages and illegal use of content are prohibited.

If you provide text, images, trademarks or other materials, you confirm that you may use and share them with us.
