This policy reflects Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, applicable from August 23, 2026, and any other mandatory rules that apply to the data subject. Until that date, processing remains governed by the legislation currently in force.

The short assessment may collect your first name, company, phone or email, preferred contact channel and details about the project, budget and timeline. We also collect technical data needed for form security and campaign measurement, such as IP address, browser type, landing page, referral source, UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers.

Data comes directly from you or is generated while you use the website. Required fields are needed to review and answer your enquiry. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you solely by automated means.

Depending on the situation, the legal basis is taking requested steps before a contract, performing a contract, meeting a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in protecting and improving the website, or your consent for analytics and marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Form data is not used for newsletters without separate consent.

Contact data used for Meta event matching is SHA-256 hashed on the server before transmission. We do not send names, phone numbers or email addresses to Google Analytics as event parameters.

We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside Moldova or the European Economic Area. Such transfers use a mechanism permitted by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or a legal derogation.

We keep information only as long as needed to review the enquiry, communicate commercially, manage a contractual relationship and meet legal obligations. If no collaboration begins, enquiry data is reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Your cookie choice is kept for up to 180 days. Analytics and advertising identifiers follow the provider’s settings and policy and are enabled only after consent.

Subject to Law No. 195/2024, you may request information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection to certain processing. You also have the right not to be subject to a solely automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
