XTEL Technical Lead
We are looking for a technical lead to deliver an enterprise project involving the XTEL platform. The role combines solution design, team coordination and stakeholder collaboration.

- Lead technical activities for the XTEL implementation and related integrations.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions and support architecture decisions.
- Coordinate developers, consultants and specialists, review implementation approaches and identify risks.
- Work with business, functional and delivery teams, and participate in client workshops and meetings.
- Support complex troubleshooting, planning, estimates, delivery milestones and technical documentation.
- Depending on final scope, contribute directly to configuration or development.
Essential skills
- Experience in enterprise software implementation and a Technical Lead or similar role.
- Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and turn business requirements into solutions.
- Strong understanding of solution design and system integration.
- Effective stakeholder communication and experience with cross-functional or distributed teams.
- Analytical thinking, independence and professional working proficiency in English.
Relevant experience
- XTEL configuration, integrations, APIs, enterprise application architecture and data integration.
- SQL, middleware, enterprise reporting or cloud infrastructure, depending on the project.
- Trade promotion management, sales, finance, FMCG or revenue management knowledge may be relevant.
