How we estimate your project
The calculator gives an indicative budget and timeline range based on your configuration. Here is what affects the result, what is included and why a final quote follows discovery.

What affects the estimate
We start with the project type, then account for features, integration complexity, design level, existing code and target deadline. Connecting an enterprise system may require more discovery than using a standard service.
Quick or detailed estimate
Quick mode uses four answers and gives a wider range. Detailed mode includes features, integrations, design and current stage, so the range reflects more of the information you provide. Both are indicative.
What the result includes
You see a budget range, approximate timeline, complexity level and an indicative split across discovery, design, backend, frontend, integrations and quality assurance. The split explains the estimate; it is not a binding quote for each line.
Example budget bands
A focused landing page may fall below €3,000. A managed website or starter store may fall between €3,000 and €7,000. A system with roles, integrations and connected processes may fall between €7,000 and €15,000 or above. Your configuration determines the displayed range.
- Under €3,000 — focused first stage
- €3,000–€7,000 — website or basic system
- €7,000–€15,000 — connected processes
- Over €15,000 — complex platform
What we confirm before a final quote
We validate goals, workflows, content, data, access, integrations and acceptance criteria. Third-party services, hosting and maintenance are discussed separately when relevant. For large projects we recommend phases before fixing budget and schedule.
