1C integration and automation in Moldova
Exchange products, stock and orders with your existing 1C configuration.
- Mapping products, identifiers and units
- Stock and order synchronisation in agreed directions
- Document validation and duplicate handling
A practical example
The existing guide to store and 1C integration explains the approach. It is informational content, not a verified implementation case study.

Read the guideThe problem we start with
Manual imports can cause stock mismatches and duplicate documents. We inventory the 1C version, extensions, reference data and data ownership.
Features and workflows
Assess product, inventory and order exchange between 1C, your online store and CRM for the configuration you actually use.
- Mapping products, identifiers and units
- Stock and order synchronisation in agreed directions
- Document validation and duplicate handling
- Operational logs, errors and controlled retries
Systems and integration conditions
Offered after technical assessment; we do not claim a client’s 1C integration without evidence. Configuration documentation and a test environment are required.
From discovery to operation
- Discovery: the client explains workflows and provides anonymised examples.
- Architecture: agree data, permissions and acceptance criteria.
- Development: deliver in stages with the client team’s review.
- Integration: validate APIs in a test environment.
- Testing: check permissions, failures and agreed migration.
- Maintenance: handover, documentation and support under contract.
How we estimate the budget
The existing calculator provides indicative ranges based on features, integrations and complexity. For connected business processes, the methodology uses €7,000–15,000 as a reference; this is not a minimum price or a fixed quote for the service. Migration, data quality, licences, hosting and maintenance are clarified separately.
CalculatorWhat access is needed for a quote?
The 1C version and configuration, anonymised examples, exchange documentation and a technical or accounting contact. We define a proof of concept before syncing real data.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The estimate depends on workflows, users, data and integrations. We start with an assessment and agree the quote, stages and responsibilities before development.
