CRM, ERP or automation?

Start with the process that causes friction today. A CRM organizes customer relationships, an ERP connects operations, and automation moves data and tasks between systems.

When to choose a CRM

If enquiries get lost, conversations have no clear history or follow-ups are missed, start with a CRM. It brings contacts, opportunities and activities into a visible sales flow.

  • Customer records and interactions
  • Enquiry, proposal and follow-up stages
  • Tasks, notifications and sales reports

When to choose an ERP

If problems arise after a sale — orders, stock, invoices, procurement or reporting — operations need to be connected. An ERP can bring these processes together, but its scope should follow how your team actually works.

  • Orders, products and stock
  • Documents, invoicing and approvals
  • Roles, workflows and operational reports

When automation is enough

If your current tools work but people copy data between them, an integration may be enough. For example, a website enquiry can create a CRM contact and a task for the right colleague.

Configured or custom CRM

Bitrix24 or amoCRM can suit a faster launch when your sales process fits the chosen product. We check subscription costs, plan features, API access and customization limits. A custom CRM makes sense when workflows, permissions or internal integrations cannot fit an existing product; it also needs its own maintenance.

  • Configured CRM: faster start, subscription and platform limits
  • Custom CRM: tailored workflows, initial investment and maintenance
  • Choose after a trial on a real process and a total-cost comparison

Online store linked to payments, delivery and CRM

A local workflow can connect checkout to a payment provider, shipment creation and customer history in a CRM. maib and Paynet document payment integrations; Poșta Moldovei and Nova Post document delivery integrations. Before building, we check agreements, APIs, statuses and the source of truth for each data item.

  • Order → payment confirmation → shipment creation
  • Customer and order history in CRM
  • Statuses and errors visible to the team

Informational website or integrated platform

An informational website explains your offer, presents projects or products and collects enquiries. An integrated platform adds users, roles, persistent data and workflows: who handles the enquiry, what happens to an order and which system is updated. Complexity, timeline and maintenance grow with those responsibilities.

Example: a small property agency in Chișinău

We would start with property pages, search and filters, clear forms and enquiry measurement. Enquiries would enter a simple CRM where an agent can track contact, viewing and proposal. We validate listing volume and team workflow before recommending a custom CRM or ERP.

Time and budget for an existing website

We first review the code and how the CRM exchanges data. A one-way integration differs from two-way synchronization and migration of customer history. The calculator provides an indicative range based on features and integrations; timeline and final price follow technical discovery.

What we deliver

We map the process and data, design the interface and architecture, build agreed features and connect the required systems. Before launch we review permissions, data migration, critical workflows and user handover.

  • Discovery and process mapping
  • Prototype, interface and development
  • Integrations, testing, documentation and handover

How to choose the first stage

Choose a workflow with a clear impact and available data. For sales, that may be enquiry to proposal; for operations, order to delivery. Launch the useful core, measure adoption and expand once the team uses it.

Corporate website and CRM for 10–25 employees

For a Chișinău company, we start with a website whose forms connect to a configured CRM and assign every enquiry an owner. We compare this with a custom CRM after reviewing the workflow, integrations and total cost.
